Some girls i know who probably my friends are really concerned about their weight.
The most unusual part is when i think they're just in normal shape, they don't even realize it and still keep on the bad diet.
Way harsh!!
I think it's only wasting your time to have fun and eat anything that you wanna eat.
Having bad diet without really knowing even understanding the amount of nutrition you should have is kinda useless and stressful.
If you feel you're one of these girls, you'd better quit now. just be you!
